MAI TAI !
Did you know? August 30th is World Mai Tai day! A popular rum-based cocktail, it is also widely known as the “tourist tantalizer”.
Several recipes are used for this tropical
cocktail, but its base spirit is always rum. Lime
juice, orgeat syrup, and orange liqueur are
often added to complete this cocktail.
Garnish it with a pineapple spear and lime peel, and oilà !
FAMILY BUSINESS CONFERENCE
“Exchange around the secrets of African family businesses” – this was the goal of the Gold Edition of this FBC held in Lubumbashi in August.
Speakers from various parts of the world were invited to participate in this exchange.
